Problem:
Quetion: How do you know if a stem loop will occur in the DNA sequence?
I know its inverted complementary bases but how can you look at the sequence and just know?
how do you draw that out? For example,
3'-AGCATACAGCAGACCGTTGGTCTGAAAAAAGCATACA-5'
I know the string's of A's is signifiying termination.. I know this has a stem loop but I don't know how ot draw out the actual diagram of the nucleotide sequences to demonstrate the stem loop.. please help!
