She spends most of her day in bed related to muscle weakness. She is unable to turn or feed herself. Breakfast will be arriving in half an hour. Mrs. Coan is to receive insulin before breakfast every day. You have been assigned to care for Karen Coan. Complete any procedures ordered by the physician. You have 30 minutes to complete the assigned duties. You will be given an additional 30 minutes to document your assessments, the nursing care provided, and your reflections.
