Do not investigate a problem that is only unique to a certain company. Instead, think about a general problem that may be present in many organizational environments.
Also, discuss the strengths and interests in the study of management and leadership you have gained during your MSML educational journey. Again, there is great value in discussing a potential problem statement for which you will have a passion to investigate.
