Consider how you would develop a theme for a week-long conference for software programmers. The goal of the meeting is to provide training and networking, and to recognize the achievement of programmers who work around the United States for a large, well-known software company. The location will be in Orlando and the theme is up to you, but needs to be based on a popular animated movie such as Superman orToy Story. Pick any animated movie and integrate the theme throughout specific events at the conference while keeping the goals of education, networking, and celebrating accomplishment. Please provide examples of what you can do to maximize your theme for six sub-events.
