Keeping these needs in mind, the commissioner asks you to decide on tangible goals to develop a restorative system.
Create a 2 page memo in a Microsoft Word document. Your memo should include the following:
1. Create a design of your basic strategies to reach the tangible goals.
2. Explain the forms of mediation your agency will use and what will be needed to implement them.
3. Describe at least one type of mediation specific to your population, decided on a type of encounter group, and explained the tangible goals and the basic strategies to reach those goals.
4. Create the specific strategies for at least three other tangible goals to develop the restorative system.
