Applying the Balanced Scorecard to a University
Response to the following problem:
The dean of your business school has determined that there are four major drivers of success for her business school. Those success drivers are having outstanding (1) faculty, (2) students, (3) curricula, and (4) alumni and recruiter support.
Required:
Based on these drivers of success, develop a Balanced Scorecard management system that the dean could use to evaluate the operations of her school. Be specific and indicate the purpose of each measure. Make sure that you clearly include both leading and outcome measures in your balanced scorecard.
