Developing Skill With Behavioral Interview Questions
Team Web Behavioral interview questions are increasingly popular, and you will need a little practice before you can answer them easily.
Use your favorite search tool to locate lists of behavioral questions on the Web. Select five skill areas such as communication, teamwork, and decision making. For each skill area find three behavioral questions that you think would be effective in an interview. In pairs of two students, role-play interviewer and interviewee, alternating with your listed questions. You goal is to answer effectively in one or two minutes. Remember to use the STAR method when answering.
Your answer must be, typed, double-spaced, Times New Roman font (size 12), one-inch margins on all sides, APA format and also include references.
