Problem 1: What are lessons learned relative to the importance and effectiveness of strategy formulation and choice?
Problem 2: As a result of using this simulation, what concepts and analytic tools will you be able to use in the development of your strategic plan (i.e., how do you expect to apply what you learned)?
Problem 3: What do your results reveal about the challenges facing strategic planners?
