We began the process of developing a framework for studying crisis management. For your Unit 1 Complete assignment, write a narrative essay (minimum 1200 words) in which you will address and discuss the questions and statements listed below. Use at least three scholarly sources (including the textbook) and remember to demonstrate a thorough understanding of any external reading assignments, the READ and the ATTEND sections in your essay. You are required to cite your sources in the current APA format.
1. The Life Cycle of a Crisis (preconditions, trigger event, crisis, and post-crisis). Apply each cycle to a national crisis that has occurred within the last 12 months.
2. Explain the Crisis Management Landscape. For the crisis you selected, who are the internal and external stakeholders and how were they affected?
3. Describe how the internet and/or social media could add to the severity of the crisis.
4. Analyze how PEST could provide a strategic analysis for your crisis.
