• Develop two dashboards using Tableau. Please ensure that you adhere to the dashboard design principles and guidelines.
• Keep intended users of your DSS in mind and ensure that you consider all the possible factors.
• Identify the routine business functions and the management activities supported by your DSS.
• Assume the business rules for the DSS users to follow and make sure to incorporate them.
First idea:
For the sales department: we want to know what the impact on the Al-Nahdee sales (hair course treatment, blood pressure medicine, heart medicine and diabetes)this year after introducing the new application to the customers, and comparing it with the sales of last year of the same products (the data should not be true).
Second idea:
For the public: we want to know if the customers visit the physical stores increase (it may decreased, or remain the same)and how many customers register in the application (by regions).
So, it will be Saudi Arabia's regions and in each region (the impact in accessible of papulation,no. of costumers, the type of disease, rate of satisfaction, the time of update in the application).
