Problem
Develop and implement at least three different person-centred responses for people with disability, two in a simulated environment and one in the workplace by:
1) collaborating with clients, family, carer/s and relevant others to meet aspirations, needs, rights and preferences
2) ensuring accurate recording and maintenance of information and documentation in accordance with organisation procedures
3) catering for individual differences
4) communicating with all involved parties in accordance with organisational procedures
5) making appropriate resources available
6) seeking provision from external sources or refer as required
