Problem:
I am having problems developing Five Forces in Porter's Model for Coca-Cola and then using the external analysis using the four elements of the PEST analysis. Also I am not sure to label the impact of each of the Five Forces as high, moderate, or low. Taken together, the Five Forces analysis and the PEST analysis should lead to conclusions about the overall opportunities and threats facing the Coca-Cola Company as revealed by the research, however I am not sure how to develop each separately then combine as a business case.
Lastly, I must develop a SWOT and the part I don't understand is how to develop the SWOT into a formal business case.
