As the task force responsible for the strategic plan, you must write the organization's mission and vision statement, as well as set the short- and long-term goals and objectives.
Use the SWOT analysis from Week 2 to develop the plan's mission, vision, and goals.
Consider the following in your development:
o Formulation of specific goal timeframes
o Process for determining goal success
o Strategy for giving and receiving feedback
Write a 2 to 3 page strategic plan for the department or organization selected in the Learning Team assignment: Strategic Plan Outline.
Include the following in your strategic plan:
o An introduction
o A mission statement
o A vision statement
o The short-term goals
o The long-term goals
o The objectives for the strategic plan
o Method for data collection and analysis
