Assignment:
Project (Phase 2 due at the end of Week 6)
During Weeks 5 and 6, you will continue to work on your project, now in phase 2. You are not required to submit an assignment at the end of Week 5; you will submit your complete project (phase 2) at the end of Week 6, consisting of the following:
1. Business Case: Project name, description, project goal and criteria for project success.
2. Project Scope Definition: Requirements/Use Cases, Non Functional Requirements, Constraints
3. Project Schedule: SDLC, WBS (phases, milestones, activities, resources, estimates)
4. Process model
5. Data model
6. Architecture
7. Test Plan
8. Risk Management Plan
This week you should complete tasks A and B below for the case study which you chose in Week Two.
Task A. Develop the process model (Activity Diagram or Dataflow Diagram) and data model (Class Diagram or ERD)
Task B. Select what you think is the most appropriate architecture for the system and describe the main components and/or layers in the system.
