Strategy development serves three purposes: i) strategic planning sets goals on where an organization wants to go; ii) it indicates where resources are to be concentrated, and iii) it gives top priority and attention to strategic goals.
• How does your educational organization develop strategic objectives and action plans?
• How are these strategic objectives and action plans implemented by your educational organization?
