Problem: You are part of a committee hired by the Los Angeles School Board to develop solutions to the (hypothetical) rising crime problem in our city's schools. Using one of the main concepts from Agnew's General Strain Theory, come up with a program/policy designed try to combat this problem. Make sure to use one of the relevant concept(s) from the theory and be clear how your program/policy is based on the concept(s). Note: "Strain" itself is not a specific concept. Instead, you can focus on one of the sources of strain, specific constraints or dispositions, etc.
