Question: A community needs assessment is evaluating concerns or lack of resources to develop solutions to improve overall well-being. The disadvantages of assessing needs only in communities is it can be seen as focusing on the negatives for help whereas assessing the strengths can uncover positive potential (Altschuld et al., 2014). The advantages of the hybrid model are operating two techniques in tandem to discover where help is needed but also ways to advance communities. The difference in a traditional assessment is that the focus creates psychological reliance when the goal should be to help communities evolve (Altschuld et al., 2014). Need Assignment Help?
