Assignment: Recommend a Transparent Approach
Length: 5 to 7 pages.
Organizations must become transparent to not only stakeholders, but also the community in which the organization resides.
Using the same organization you identified for the first week's assignment, prepare a detailed analysis of any activities that are currently taking place that could damage the organization's public image if they were to be publicly revealed. If transparency is not an issue for your organization, identify an organization in the research that was not transparent. Assess the organization's communication techniques to predict negative outcomes that may result from not acting in a transparent manner. Then, develop a series of recommendations that could be put in place to move the organization towards becoming totally transparent.
Support your analysis with at least five scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
Format your assignment according to the give formatting requirements:
a. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
b. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
