Develop programming a software for a MCR 200
Project Description:
Hello there. I'm in search of someone who can make software with which I can read/write chip information for smart cards, credit cards ect. The device model is MCR200 or the other one is MX-5.
I want to be able to write and read the information from one chip card to another regardless of whatever kind of card it is.
Skills required are C# Programming, Software Development, C++ Programming
