Assignment: Program Evaluation Group Project
You have determined based on a needs assessment that the program of your choice is warranted and needed with in your community. Formulate a fictitious organization, then select a program of your choice and plan to develop it in your groups. Include the following section as part of your program planning:
• Convene an advisory panel or planning committee
• Assess and establish a budget for program planning
• Develop a mission statement
• Develop program goals and objectives
• Assess and establish a budget for program implementation
• Estimate your project development time frame
• Develop intervention strategies and activities (helps to meet objectives and goals)
• Plan evaluation of your program to include the planning process.
• Develop partnerships/ links with community to get a better understanding of the needs for the program.
For example:

2. What can be done to gain the support and endorsement of those agencies?
