This week you will develop a problem statement about the Healthcare issue identified at your practicum site. A problem statement is a concise description of an issue to be addressed or a condition to be improved upon.
- Your problem statement will identify the gap between the current state and desired state after the implementation of the evidence into practice.
- Provide any reports or currently available data to document the need identified by your practicum site.
- You will peruse the literature to examine how a similar problem has been addressed.
- Provide at least four (4) references (within the past five years, 2020-2025) to support a proposed evidence-based intervention.
