Problem
Students should visit a local arena or research one they know about online. Based on their findings, students should develop an operational plan to address a specific area of that arena. The plan should be detailed in a minimum of two pages, times new roman.
Examples of an operational plan can be managing parking, controlling concessions, housekeeping, trades management, etc.
For example, if you were looking at an operational plan for concessions, you can look at stocking items, inventory, cleanliness, etc. Your plan must be very detailed. Refer to chapter 8 and chapter 9 for guidance in being detailed in your plan of area. Make sure to think about the ten concerns a facility manager will handle.
