Develop interdependent partnerships

Problem:

According to my text below, please advise what people might agree with and why, what they might disagree with and why about my business.

"M&K Diesel and Auto Repair is a diesel and automotive repair facility. Our target market are those people in need of vehicle repair and maintenance. Since most people have transportation needs, our demographic includes all ages, gender, etc. Vehicles will forever be around and will always need maintenance and the occasional repair, so choosing an automotive repair business to start with is a great industry to get into and grow with since there will always be a need. With knowledge in all makes, models and custom builds, this also gives an advantage to our customer base and diversity.

I believe our company has already built a level one relationship by offering realistic pricing that is lower than the average in the area. We look at the repair by itself to measure the value and cost of the service rather than gaining a large profit margin. By doing this, I feel our customer base will grow exponentially especially during financial troubling times. We could also start offering packages to our loyal customers that may include an AC charge with a general maintenance package on an annual basis to keep up with vehicle health while sending reminders of oil changes to reach the social interactions level with not only our current customers but to bring in new customers based on referrals.   We could also provide a follow up system. For example, an email that gets sent out for their feedback of the services provided. I personally enjoy email communications when talking with customers as it does not interrupt that person's day and they are able to get to it in their time. Not only convenience but also the security and record keeping aspect of written communication are important. In the automotive repair industry or commercial business, I feel it is worth the involvement in reaching level three to develop interdependent partnerships. M&K works closely with a few other companies in the area that have vehicle fleets that depend on his service being available immediately. Not only does this provide us with a constant source of income, but this also gives us a great relationship point to also connect with other companies that may be interested in our services."
