Assignment: Identify Strategic Issues & Formulate Goals and Strategies
This week, you will continue your MAPP process by moving to phases 4 and 5, Identify Strategic Issues and Formulate Goals and Strategies. The purpose of this phase is to ‘...develop an ordered list of the most important issues facing the community" and "...formulate goal statements related to those issues" (NACCHO, 2016). As you complete this phase, be sure to;
1. Identify strategic issues based on the Visioning and Assessment Phases results
2. Arrange issues in order by level of importance/ need
3. Develop goals related to the identified Strategic Issues
4. Describe implementation strategies to meet the goals
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
