Think about a potential conflict within the Bill of Rights. Examples might include the tension between the free exercise and establishment clause or between the right to a fair trial and the freedom of the press.
Develop criteria by which conflicting rights might be balanced. I WANT to encourage you to think about the tradeoffs and tensions embodied in the rights afforded under the Bill of Rights.
