Homework: Personal Leadership Philosophies
Develop and submit a personal leadership philosophy that reflects what you think is characteristics of a good leader. Use the scholarly resources on leadership you selected to support your philosophy statement. Your personal leadership philosophy should include the following:
a. A description of your core values.
b. A personal mission and vision statement.
c. An analysis of your CliftonStrengths Assessment summarizing the results of your profile (Responsibility, Consistency, Relator, Deliberative, Adaptability)
d. A description of two key behaviors that you wish to strengthen. ( Being silent in adverse times, documenting more efficiently)
e. A development plan that explains how you plan to improve upon the two key behaviors you selected and an explanation of how you plan
to achieve your personal vision. Be specific and provide examples.
f. Be sure to incorporate your colleagues' feedback on your CliftonStrengths Assessment from this Module's Discussion.
Format your homework according to the give formatting requirements:
a. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
b. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
c. Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
