Essay Assignment
I have an entrance essay with a deadline of two hours after starting it. I won't know the topic until I start. It will generally be a 1-page, high school level, 5-paragraph essay consisting of the introduction, three support paragraphs and a conclusion.
These are the instructions.
Your Essay Exam will include one essay question which addresses a specific topic, should be 200 to 800 words in length, and will take 30-60 minutes to complete.
As you write, remember your essay will be scored based on how well you:
Develop and communicate your ideas.
Support your topic with evidence and details.
Address the readers' concerns, opposing viewpoints, or counterarguments.
Organize your essay - include an introduction, body, and conclusion paragraph.
Edit your work for any grammatical errors.
