Develop an outline of a program for a chosen WMD event or bioterrorism attack (e.g., anthrax attack, nuclear attack, explosive device, or smallpox). Create a training program that addresses how to instruct others to respond to your chosen event or attack. Break down each section as much as possible so you do not leave any lingering questions. Consider the below example:
- WMD - Nuclear Attack o Radiation
- Preventative measures
- Water treatment
- Decontamination
- Public health response
Your training plan should cover at least 10 areas of interest with appropriate break-downs. However, if you cannot break one down past level one, then you may be at the lowest common denominator. Take into account how the emergency responders, FBI, hospitals, public health departments, and other emergency agencies would require updated information, communication, and training. Your training program outline should be at least two-pages in length.
