Choose a Cultural group: Hispanic/ Latino
a) Assess and include trans cultural beliefs including language, religious practices, socioeconomic status, end-of-life practices, dietary preferences, risky behaviors
b) Identify healthcare behaviors (i.e. nontraditional therapies)
c) Identify challenges and barriers to healthcare and outcomes related to these challenges
d) Develop an evidence-based plan that can be used to improve healthcare outcomes and access to healthcare (including use of IT systems, interdisciplinary members, etc.) for your selected culture.
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
