Back ground: We have a large grocery chain client that wants to hire a consultant to redesign its enterprise IT architecture. The company has undergone a number of acquisitions over the last few years, expanding into household furniture and goods, with foreign markets, and it needs to integrate all the different systems into one. In order to make a decision on whether they can achieve this goal, they are asking for the development of an enterprise level architecture framework proposal that includes a thorough analysis of needs, cost, resources, and constraints. Do you think you can handle this project? Based on the work you have done so far, I am sure you can. Good luck. It is now time to report to the company.
Tasks:
Develop an enterprise level architecture framework proposal that includes all tasks below plus cost, schedule, and resource constraints for the grocery company complex.
A. Project Proposal (define problem, identify stakeholders) template attached
B. Determine the services a typical IT department which the conglomerate needs to provide. Create an organizational change chart to support the IT departments. Include the departments that constitute it and a description in steps of how your organization would need to change its IT departments process to better meet the mission.
C. Determine the cost, schedule, and resource constraints for the enterprise project.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
o The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
o Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
