Congratulations! You successfully completed the job analysis and job description for the Customer Service Agent at MediaRite. Building off your assignment, you will first develop a wage structure for the Customer Service Agent position by pricing the job and completing the wage structure using a rate range approach.
Format your homework according to the give formatting requirements:
a. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
