The purpose of the individual project is build individual skill so all students are prepared to fully engage and ready to practice application skills on the team project.
The individual project has 3 parts:
1) Write a scope statement.
2) Develop a two level Work Breakdown Structure.
3) Develop a network diagram and determine the critical path. Use your expanded MS Project to illustrate how quality and scope management are related.
