SWOT analyses have different perspectives and focus. This week, you will consider not-for profits, small business, and public sector organizations. To complete this week's essay, please do the following:
- Develop a SWOT analysis for a fictitious organization of your choice. Select a company you would like to own or be an executive of.
- Provide four variations as if the organization were a multinational corporation, a small business, a non-profit, and a government agency. You may organize in a table, if you'd like.
- In a one-to-two page essay, describe the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and strengths of the fictitious organization in each variation. Conclude the essay explaining which variation would be better suited for your organization.
