a. Justify the use of a needs assessment for your company's proposed employee customer service training, explaining five ways in which such an assessment would expose any existing performance deficiencies.
b. Develop a customer service training implementation plan, including the method of training (for example: presentation, discussion, case study, discovery, role play, simulation, modeling, or on-the-job training).
c. Justify your selected training method.
d. Propose two ways of motivating an employee who has no interest in attending a training session.
e. Develop a survey to collect feedback from the employees who attend the training.
