Problem
Discuss how you might develop a small program in 2022 that is aimed to address some of the challenges and heightens the good things African American children experience in school? Include areas of learning and/or cognitive research that you may desire to test in the operation of your program. You may also offer explanations for your program with a post Covid 19 scenario in mind too (if you'd like). After giving these justifications, develop a compelling discussion about the merits of your program that ends with the sentence, "This program will alleviate achievement gaps and enhance the schooling experiences of African American children."
