i. Select an organization and a position of leadership where you would like to work in the future.
ii. Mention the duties and responsibilities of the position.
iii. Develop a scorecard for self assessing the attributes and skills that you think you need for that leadership position.
iv. After designing the scorecard, do a self assessment and identify the competency gaps, areas of improvement.
