Assignment task:

1. Case study programming - 22-year-old female pole vaulter that is finishing up preseason training.

2. Provide goals, situation, time availability, and season.

3. Develop a resistance training program for one of the case studies listed above.  Be sure to include specific exercises, load/sets/reps, rest cycles, and frequency of training from a weekly perspective.  Explain why you programmed the way you did.  Note: we need all the program specifics, but you only need to show two days of your program.

4. Explain your plan for progression.
