Job Analysis
Explore the concepts in the objectives and complete the following.
1. Select one of the recommended methods (observation, interview, questionaire, or computerized) for job analysis and do and in depth analysis of your current position (hemodialysis staff nurse).
2. After completion of the job analysis examine your current job description (see attached job description) where you are employed (Fresenius Medical Care) and revise it based on your analysis.
3. Develop a recruitment plan to fill the position based on the job description you just developed for both internal and external candidates.
