2. Look at the specific goals and objectives of the organization and what they want to accomplish.
3. Develop a product backlog of major activities / deliverables needed to be accomplished to meet these objectives. Prioritize the product backlog form (1st priority to last priority). Use your experience and intuition and assume the role of the leader of the Project Management Organization (PMO) when prioritizing.
4. Define the roles and responsibilities of the Product owner, the Scrum Master and the team members, as is standard in Agile Methodology.
5. Estimate the time it may take complete the top two backlog items and group them into one to four sprints (two weeks per sprint). Prioritize the sprints from top priority to bottom priority. Again, when prioritizing, as the role of the head of the PMO.
6. Hold a Sprint Planning Meeting as a team and select starting at the top priority backlog item, identify as many activities / deliverables as can be committed to deliver by the end of the first Sprint.
7. Describe your daily scrum meetings. Who will attend? How long will it be? How frequent? What will be the agenda? Explain what a Kanban chart is and how it could be employed in your daily scrum.
8. Describe the Sprint Review. What is the purpose? Who attends? When is it conducted? How long is it? What is the input into the review? What is the output of the review?
9. Describe the Sprint Retrospective. Who attends? What is the purpose? What is the agenda? What is the output?
