Instructions
Using the Affordable Healthcare Act or a policy of interest to you (e.g., immigration, marijuana legalization/medial usage, etc.), develop a position paper that explains why the policy is so controversial. Within your paper, discuss whether you believe there should be continued implementation of the policy.
Address the intended and unintended consequences of repealing the policy or continuing implementation.
Include possible solutions that would make continued implementation of the policy less controversial or political.
In addition, include the impact of continuing or repealing the policy on the private sector. Be sure to discuss specific details of the policy by using examples and evidence to support your position.
Support your analysis paper with a minimum of three (3) resources, which may include your required text. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
Length: 5 pages not including title and reference pages
Your analysis should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic.Your paper should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
