Based on the article from the weekly required readings entitled, "Workplace communication problems: Inquiries by employees and applicable solutions" with a specific focus on the section Communication Skills Education is a Priority, imagine a scenario within a team where poor communication is prevalent and basic communication skills, both oral and written, are sorely lacking. Imagine leading this team and develop a plan with at least three action items to move the team from poor communication to effective oral and written communication.

Research proven communication methods through four scholarly journal articles. Conclude the plan with justification as to why the three action items are the best choices.
