Develop a new strategic plan for an organization (fictional or adaptation of an existing one) with the primary goal of increasing corporate social responsibility (CSR). Choose an initiative for the organization that will address this strategic goal. (You will need to do some research on CSR to see what organizations are doing in this area.) Complete an analysis by addressing/focusing on the following issues: Identifying the "Organizational Capabilities" you believe are needed to execute this CSR initiative, Identifying the "Leadership Competencies" you believe are required of executives to develop and maintain those capabilities, and Describing an action plan to achieve these capabilities and competencies.
