Case Study:
In this activity, you will develop a multinational strategic plan for a MNC of your choice. It can be a company you worked/are working for, a company you are interested in, or a company that you plan to build on your own. Please choose the company carefully as you will be using this company for case studies in other modules as well. For successful completion of this activity, you will make an original post and reply to at least one other participant's post. In your original post, please provide your answers to the following questions. In your response post, please evaluate your peer's answers.
1. Please describe the MNC's goals over the next 5 years. Please tell us about the strategic predisposition of the company and explain why it's the appropriate strategic predisposition for the company's mission and goals. Based on the strategic predisposition, please develop a multinational strategic plan and briefly describe it. In your plan, please include the company's mission, governance, strategy, structure, culture, strategy, marketing, finance, and human resources. You can use "Table 5.1-Orientation of an MNC under Different Profiles" in the textbook as a guide.
2. Please describe the organizational culture of the company and how it affects the multinational strategic plan you developed. Please be sure to talk about the type of the organizational culture and how the interaction of the strategic predisposition and organizational culture affects your strategic plan.
