Develop a motivational strategy for each of the three

You are the manager at a small business company called Widget World. Over the time span of six months you notice that three of your usually top performing employees (John, Rachel, and Larry) quality of work has declined. You do not want to fire them, so you decide to secretly observe them on a individual basis for the next few weeks. The purpose of you doing this is to see if there are any adjustments you can make as a manager that will help them get back to their high performance. In you time of observation you notice the following;

John completes tasks faster than his other team members, and is happy making widgets for the most part.

Rachel also works on creating widgets and completes her task very quickly. After she completes her tasks, she wonders around to other departments to see what type of work they are doing.

Larry works in the office by himself. He is good at working with people and loves to be involved.
