Include descriptions of the competition; providers in the area as possible referral sources; and aging demographics, including health indicators. Provide a plan to promote the facility to both the general public and providers. The board has also asked that you plan an event to promote the facility, such as an open house, for both the providers and the general public. Funds for your event are limited, so you will have to be creative in your approach.
