Introduction
This case study provides an opportunity for you to review the laws and a possible infraction of the law. Experiential analysis provides an opportunity to both review and develop an understanding of how laws are enforced and the legal rights of those involved.
Activity Instructions
View and read the case FTC v. Tenet Health Care Corp. Develop a legal brief of the case using the information on the IRAC website listed above. In addition, provide an opinion as to whether you believe such circumstances rose to the level of being an antitrust violation or not. Explain your reasoning.
Format your homework according to the give formatting requirements:
