Assignment: Urgent Care Strategy
Synthesizing what you have learned throughout the course, develop a human resources plan or strategy for an urgent-care clinic.
At a minimum, your plan or strategy should consider the following:
• Staffing
• Recruitment
• Retention
• Development
• Compensation.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
