Homework: Source Plan
Develop a high-level IT sourcing plan to guide Phoenix Fine Electronics to adopting enterprise solutions rather than multiple stand-alone systems. As a guideline, your sourcing plan should be a 3- to 4-page outline or summary.
Include the following in your sourcing plan:
1) The current technologies being utilized
2) Major issues with that technology
3) New technologies to implement as replacements for current technologies
4) How it addresses the current issues
5) Additional advantages or value added
6) Approximate time frame to implement the technology
7) Any dependencies that the company does not currently have in order to implement
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
