Conflict Situation Assessment Paper
Goal
Provide a thorough assessment of the conflict management potential in an on-going resource conflict situation, most likely from the organizational/community/natural resources spheres.
The objective is to develop a conclusion as to how amenable the situation is for a conflict resolution or collaborative approach, by clearly identifying the escalating and mitigating factors.
Your paper can come to one of three basic conclusions:
1) The situation is not suitable for conflict management, and here is why.
2) The situation could be suitable for conflict management if the following changes/events occurred.
3) The situation is suitable for conflict management, and the confliet.management strategy I would employ would be.
Maximum length
15 pages, double spaced 11 pt, exclusive of graphics and references list. Doing an adequate job in this limited length with be a challenge.
