In this activity you will develop a compelling strategy and proposal for the NFL and NBA to expand their operations and teams into three global markets: (1) Europe generally, (2) Spain specifically, and (3) Mexico specifically.

Read and assimilate the contents of the unit using key concepts sourced from the units in the module.
How the activity should be resolved?
The success of this activity will depend on the following sequence:
Complete the course material paying particular attention to the various tools for analysis, creating a strategy, and operations plan.
Formation of work groups of approx. 4 persons with a nominated coordinator and spokesperson.
Apply the lessons learnt from each unit in the course material to the preparation of the expansion plan.
Conduct additional research on your own as a team on the NFL, NBA, and global sport.
Research the professional sport growth in Europe, Spain, Mexico, and the USA to understand the macro and micro-environment and apply lessons learned in the expansion plan.
Draw up a overarching strategy for NFL and NBA expansion (using the Strategy Template), and then create a PowerPoint presentation on how you will achieve your plan. Consider the following: Revenue's, Team Value, Identify Partner Companies, Identify Partner Agencies, Identify Emerging Technology Partners, and Create Business Plan for One Technology Company around the expansion plan.
